Refund policy
Refunds
We only offer refunds on a maximum of 2 items. Additional items can only be exchanged (this has a limit of 1 exchange per product).
This means that if you purchase 5 items from us and wish to return them, we may only refund you up to 2 of those items. The remaining 3 items can be exchanged for a product of equal value, but cannot be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@houseofmeliora.com.
Item(s) bought on Sale:
All items purchased during a sale or promotional event are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Returning Item(s):
Our customers are our number one priority, and we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. In the event that this is not the case, you will be able to return your item(s) within14 working days for UK Customers, EU 21 working days and USA 28 working days of your purchase.
When returning Meliora item(s), please make sure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, with no damages and the item still has its original tag(s).
When shipping back the item(s) please ensure that you provide us with your details inside the package, so we know where it's coming from. The details we will need are:

- Home Address
- Phone Number
Exchanging Item(s):

This can only be done within 14 working days for UK customers, EU 21 working days and USA 28 working days.

Please note the company does not cover your return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
