Refund policy
REFUNDS
We offer full refunds on a maximum of 1 item per order. Additional items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please email returns@houseofmeliora.com to process your store credit, or if you have any questions or concerns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@houseofmeliora.com.
CLEARANCE SALE:
All items purchased during a clearance or promotional event are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
RETURNING ITEMS:
Our customers are our number one priority, and we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. In the event that this is not the case, you will be able to return your item(s) within14 working days for UK Customers, EU 21 working days and USA 28 working days of your receipt.
When returning Meliora item(s), please make sure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, with no damages and the item still has its original tag(s). Ensure there are no makeup marks on the item(s). If we notice any makeup marks, we will be returning the item(s) back to you.
EXCHANGING ITEMS:
Our customers are our number one priority, and we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. In the event that this is not the case, you will be able to exchange your item with another which is up to the value of your previous purchase. This can only be done within 14 working days for UK customers, EU 21 working days and USA 28 working days.
When returning Meliora item(s) for an exchange, please make sure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, with no damages and the item still has its original tag(s). Ensure there are no makeup marks on the item(s). If we notice any makeup marks, we will be returning the item(s) back to you.
Please note the company does not cover your return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or Brooch pins.
