Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.
- For UK Customers, all products come with FREE SHIPPING within 3 to 5 working days.
- Within the European Union, shipping of our products costs £15 and will take 5 to 11 working days.
- Shipping outside the EU will cost £18 and take 7 to 14 working days.
